Christine & Ian would like to welcome you to Bed and Breakfast at their beautiful modern home in Dawlish on Devon's glorious south coast. The Beeches B & B is set on a very quiet road with sea views to the rear and only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town and beach.

Dawlish, "The home of the Black Swan" is an excellent base for you to explore places like Paignton, Dartmoor, Exeter and Exmouth, all of which are easily accessible by train, car or bus. There are also coastal paths nearby for walkers to enjoy.

We have ample and safe off-road parking for our guests.
