Waterside House is a luxurious four bedroom, contemporary semi detached self catering holiday home on the waterfront. Part of the prestigious Sovereign Harbour North development in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Apart from the fantastic views the house itself offers all modern conveniences. There are three double bedrooms with one en-suite. One additional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, washing machine, drier and fridge freezer. The lounge is a good size with comfortable seating and large screen TV. It also has great views over the harbour and its own balcony. The garden has a barbeque which is available for those barmy Summer nights. Unfortunately you have to provide your own fuel! The dining room can accommodate up to six people. The balcony ensures that you can relax and enjoy those harbour activities and the coming and going of the sailing boats. Waterside's double garage ensures that your car(s) are well protected and secure. For sailing enthusiasts this is a great place to stay and the restaurants within a few minutes walk help to enhance your stay. Please note that outside of the main holiday season we are often happy to let the house on shorter self catering breaks. This could start from 2 nights minimum.

It also has its own share of major events like Airborne the air show and the Ladies tennis tournament which takes place the week before Wimbledon.
